My client is seeking a Digital Reporting Analyst for a contract role until June 2020 based in Wellington! 

You will need the following experience:

• Extensive background in data visualisation and complex analysis of disparate data sources including KPI design and development
• Experience working with customer facing digital services
• Extensive reporting analysis experience, integrating datasets to establish personas, establish and track customer journey’s, task completion, conversion rates, implementation of tracking beacons in specific system processes
• Extensive experience using analytics tools such as PowerBI, Google Analysis - ESSENTIAL
• Proven ability of using Visio/PowerPoint for presentation of information and being able to represent value chain
• Experience with Organisational Change methods and practices (highly desirable)
