Our client is looking for a site based diesel mechanic to service their machinery in the most stunning part of Otago in the high country.

Please note you will be on the road most of the time in this role. To be successful, you will need to be trade qualified in heavy automotive or in a relevant field and have extensive experience overhauling diesel engines, repairing brakes, transmissions, etc.

Ideally we are looking for someone who is predominantly from an earthmoving or farming equipment background.

If you have only worked on trucks this role might not be the best fit for you, but we would still love to hear from you and discuss other potential options. Likewise if Otago is not a suitable location please do apply as we have clients located in other regions as well.
