Beyond Recruitment are looking to fill a Development Manager role at an organisation taking a fresh approach to an old industry having been founded in 2014.

In this role you will lead a Development Team of around 20 Software Developers.

We are looking for a manager to increase the size, capability, and efficiency of the development team. You do not need to have come from a development background but will certainly have come from an IT leadership position.

As an experienced leader, your role will include;

• Hiring developers into the Product and Technology team
• Identifying skill and diversity gaps and ensure there is a strategy to close those gaps
• Coach and improve Lean/Agile development practices
• Manage and support direct reports
• Inspire an open and honest, collaborative culture
