About the role

The main focus of the role is to process, configure, install and move Desktop hardware, PC’s, Laptops, Peripherals and printers. Your role will also include projects such as installation of hardware, software and systems.

 What you will need:

  • Ideally your will be Tertiary Qualified.
  • A minimum of 1-2 years of Customer Service Experience
  • Experience with helpdesk, call centre management tools.
  • Windows 7 trouble shooting
  • Experience within complex scripted IT environments
  • Proven customer service skills in a large complex environment.
  • In-depth PC, laptop and peripheral hardware knowledge
