Job description

We are currently in the market for a talented Desktop Support Analyst for one of our global private sector companies.

Some of the key skills required for this role include:

  • Higher technical capability with PC’s and locally installed applications
  • Platform (Azure/O365) application support capability, you don’t necessarily have to be a specialist in this be there needs to be enough knowledge to establish root causes
  • The stronger the OS, AD and networking troubleshooting experience the better

We are looking for someone who is willing to get their hands dirty when required and will take advantage of the opportunities put in front of them.
