In this role you will be working on PC swap outs with a national company. Experience with desktop support and or engineering is key.

About the role:

  • Field Incoming Help Requests
  • Resolve IT issues
  • Escalate Advance Cases
  • Maintain Service Records & IT Documentation
  • Perform System Testing & Updates

About you:

  • 2+ years as a Service Desk or IT System Admin
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Flexibility with working hours
