I am seeking a Delivery Manager for a large government client to deliver critical workstreams through to June 2020. The Digital Experience (DX) Workstream is looking for a Delivery Manager with significant experience establishing and managing business critical projects. someone with strong planning and project management experience to lead a mix of teams designing, developing and testing our new services.

The Digital Experience Workstream will support channel shift to digital channels and reduce cost to serve. A key element of the DX Workstream is the design and development of digital capabilities that help our customers self-manage their obligations and entitlements. Across multiple channels we are enabling new technology solutions to deliver and enhance customers' digital experience and improve our client's online service offerings.

To be successful for this role you will require the following skills and experience:

• a strong understanding and experience defining and managing delivery plans and milestones
• experience working as a liaison among stakeholders and external service providers
• a flexible and organised approach to all tasks and work
• experience in delivering technology changes (or similar business-led projects with a technical aspect)
• experience of leading agile delivery teams/initiatives and an understanding of critical success factors in agile delivery
• experience with project plan, budget, resources, risks and interdependencies of the project
• a strong understanding and practical experience in agile principles and a range of different project methodologies
• experience with implementation of customer portals, API's or similar digital systems
