Your role will be to manage and improve the businesses email delivery infrastructure and support. Maintaining business critical email up-times and security. In addition, you’ll be Managing support and operations systems and contractors in line with SLA’s. Provide pre-sales and application support, provide technical fault analysis, documentation and on occasion assist with release process, including deployment and test.

Ideally, you should have the following skills:

• 5 – 10yrs email flow experience
• Public Cloud systems – Azure, AWS, IBM Softlayer
• Knowledge of networking, storage, databases, servers, virtualization and security
• SMTP
• SocketLabs Hurricane MTA server or equivalent
• Windows Server management/config (08,12)
• Linux server management
• RabbitMQ
• Microsoft SQL
