I am seeking an experienced Data Specialist for a 12 month contract in Wellington.

To be successful in this role you will need the following skills and experience:

• significant experience in the data/information space with strengths in the data access functions
• defining why, how and what data needs to be connected to that people can acces the information
• create policies and rules around security and access
• knowledge and understanding of legislation as it pertains to information privacy and security
• in-depth understanding of the Government position on data and information sharing inter-agency and to the public
• proven experience in leading, influencing and building credibility across a range of stakeholders
