Job description

Based in Alicetown our client is leading a project to archive their national files onto their database. They are looking to employ 4 Data Entry team members that are analytical and have high attention to detail.

This role full time Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5pm for 3 to 4 months. Full training will be given on their systems.

Duties include:

Sorting through the paper files, collating certain information and entering it into the database. Filing and sending away the paper files to the recal centre.

The files you will be going through contain sensitive information, so discretion is paramount.

You will need:

  • Data entry experience
    • Excellent communication skills
      • Attention to detail
        • Organisational and Analytical skills

          In return you will get:

            • 24th Dec - 6th Jan off
              • Full time hours
                • Immediate start
