This role is working with a large international brand where the opportunities are endless. This is a long term assignment
The shift for this role is Wednesday – Sunday and hours are as follows
Wednesday, Thursday, Friday 6:30am - 2:30pm and
Saturday and Sunday - 8:30am - 5:00pm.
This key activities for this role are:
- Input data accurately and efficiently into the company’s database
- Support the operations team with administrative tasks
- Ensure daily reports are run and checked
- Monitor and collect payments received on a daily basis and prepare for banking
- Liaise with external parties to ensure that paperwork and shipments are tracked and entered into the system accurately and in a timely manner
What you will bring to this role:
- You will have a can do attitude and have the willingness to learn
- You must have a full New Zealand Drivers Licence
- An understanding of imports and export would be a bonus but not essential
- Working with a sense of urgency and accuracy
- Be able to work weekends
- You are focused on identifying and understanding customer needs
