Job description

Our client is looking for a temporary staff member to join their team from the middle of November through until approximately January 2019. The shift times for this role is Monday to Friday 6:00am – 2:30pm

This key activities for this role are:

  • Ensuring incoming shipments are processed accurately and in a timely manner
  • Providing excellent customer service to internal and external networks
  • Respond to customer queries regarding information on pricing, requirements and policies
  • Some reception cover which includes assisting walk in customers
  • Action any shipments which have been rejected for export
  • Assist with actioning network and customer queries where needed

What you will bring to this role:

  • You will need to be customer orientated and be able to identify and understand each customers needs
  • You will be able to plan and organise your day to ensure that your objectives are met
  • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Be accurate and effective in the work you do
  • Be able to work with a sense of urgency
  • Remain calm under pressure
