Our client is seeking an experienced Data Engineer for a 12 month contract!

They're seeking a Data Engineer for their Operational Reporting and Cube work as part of the APRA findings. This could be based in Auckland or Wellington!

Must have technical skills:

• Data Engineer experience
• Strong Spark with Hadoop experience
• SQL

Nice to have technical skills:

• Agile experience and understanding would be useful
• Knowledge of Informatica
• Knowledge of SAS
• Architecture understanding e.g. what will this solution look like; how do all the pieces fit together etc.

You will be able to get in and proactively solve problems; have a growth mindset; and can do conduct your own research and come back with solution options. You will also be a creative problem solver, with great communication skills!
