        In this role, you will be expected to:

        • Manage, support, and continually develop and enhance the CyberArk Privileged Access Management service.
          • Identify, plan, and implement regular and proactive maintenance and performance improvements to the CyberArk platform to ensure it remains fit for purpose.
            • Coordinate and lead technical implementation activities
              • Resolve complex service incidents in line with SLAs
                • Contribute as needed to the maintenance, support, and enhancements of other cyber security technology platforms such as antivirus, Data Loss Prevention, and encryption systems.
                  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to maintain and improve service to business users and enhance knowledge and information sharing
                    • Guide and advise others to ensure the sharing of knowledge and best practice throughout the team
                      • Contribute to technical designs and technical delivery plans.
                        • Contribute to technology strategies and product selections, responding to security changes and requests by implementing and updating cyber security technologies

                          To be successful, you must have:

                          • 5+ years of technical experience in an infrastructure engineering role including support and change delivery
                            • Expert knowledge of CyberArk Privileged Access Management
                              • Knowledge of core Infrastructure technologies (i.e Active Directory, Windows Server, networking, Linux, operational tooling, cloud services, etc)
                                • Working knowledge of Security Infrastructure technologies and best practices
                                  • Experience in technical design and delivery plan development
                                    • Understanding of current CyberSecurity technology trends
                                      • Soft skills- high attention to detail, problem solving and analytical skills
                                        • Relationship management skills
                                          • Strong communication skills (oral and written)- ability to share knowledge to others
                                            • Experience in financial services with understanding of enterprise technology environments in a global organisation
