In this role, you will be expected to:
- Manage, support, and continually develop and enhance the CyberArk Privileged Access Management service.
- Identify, plan, and implement regular and proactive maintenance and performance improvements to the CyberArk platform to ensure it remains fit for purpose.
- Coordinate and lead technical implementation activities
- Resolve complex service incidents in line with SLAs
- Contribute as needed to the maintenance, support, and enhancements of other cyber security technology platforms such as antivirus, Data Loss Prevention, and encryption systems.
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to maintain and improve service to business users and enhance knowledge and information sharing
- Guide and advise others to ensure the sharing of knowledge and best practice throughout the team
- Contribute to technical designs and technical delivery plans.
- Contribute to technology strategies and product selections, responding to security changes and requests by implementing and updating cyber security technologies
To be successful, you must have:
- 5+ years of technical experience in an infrastructure engineering role including support and change delivery
- Expert knowledge of CyberArk Privileged Access Management
- Knowledge of core Infrastructure technologies (i.e Active Directory, Windows Server, networking, Linux, operational tooling, cloud services, etc)
- Working knowledge of Security Infrastructure technologies and best practices
- Experience in technical design and delivery plan development
- Understanding of current CyberSecurity technology trends
- Soft skills- high attention to detail, problem solving and analytical skills
- Relationship management skills
- Strong communication skills (oral and written)- ability to share knowledge to others
- Experience in financial services with understanding of enterprise technology environments in a global organisation
