Customer Works Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Customer service Administrator who will have the opportunity to work in an Electrical Customer Solutions team for one of our Clients based in Tauranga.

This position will be responsible for Timely processing of CIW connection related jobs andcreation of ICP's to its Electricity Authority, as well as review applications and design plans submitted by Service Providers for connections. There will Administrative duties such as assisting Project manager with maintaining project files, plans and other correspondence.

However, this Role will mainly focus on the Customer service and general customer enquiries, Coordinate and Provide information to the applicants on the requirements and procedures to follow as well as actively participate in the Health & Safety management system.

Similar experience would be highly desired for this position.

This vacancy is available on a Full Time (Monday - Friday) 40 hours a week. Temp position with a permanent opportunity for the right person.

Requirements for this position:

  • Proven knowledge and experience in a similar role (desired)
    • Experience/knowledge in Admin, Accounts, Customer service & coordinating.
      • Someone that can hit the ground running and use initiative
        • Reliable transport
          • Available Immediately
            • Good communication skills
              • Reliable, Honest and committed.
