Job description

 We are one of the largest New Zealand owned Recruitment companies and one of the top temp agencies in Wellington. We have exciting new Customer Service Support and Administration roles with our client in the Banking industry. 

These Roles Are:

  • $25 – $30 per hour depending on experience
  • Part and Full-time positions available
  • Great team environment with growth opportunities
  • Wellington CBD locations

General Duties:

  • Provide an excellent customer experience
  • Processing documentation
  • Data entry – updating information
  • Setting up financial plans and processing payments
  • Liaising with multiple agencies
  • Problem solving and rapport building

To be successful in these roles you must be able to demonstrate the following attributes:

  • Financial/ Banking experience
  • Proven customer service and administration experience
  • Ability to pick up systems quickly
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to relate to a variety of people
  • You will be required to undergo testing in order to progress
