Customers and their orders are the heart of this business and that’s where you’ll shine, ensuring each order is processed accurately and with high levels of care — asking the questions that need to be asked. As a people person, your engaging personality and super communication skills will quickly earn you respect and trust as you build rapport with customers and sales colleagues alike.

With your customer service experience, you’ll know your way around a CRM system and embrace the challenge of quickly learning about a significant product range. Excellent organisation skills and the ability to prioritise quickly are among your strengths together with a real passion for identifying and making improvements. This will see you applying your talents to other areas of the business as you grow the role and take on new challenges.
