Job description

We are looking for a Customer Service super star to join this diverse and driven team working within the healthcare industry. 

This role will see you work within a fantastic team environment. Supported by an experienced and friendly manager, you will have the opportunity really make your mark, and further develop your already proven skills in a similar role.

You will be enthusiastic, confident and tenacious, but also a genuine people person who is keen to prove themselves. The key purpose of this role is to act as the main contact between specialist and patients and schedule them in for appointments, so the ability to quickly build rapport over the phone, and convey accurate service information is a must.

  • Friendly, motivated and results focused
  • Able to retain and convey service information with ease
  • Excellent at communicating and building relationships over the phone
  • Proven experience in schedueling
