Job description

Our client is looking for a customer service officer to join their team!

The person we are looking for someone who can deliver the following:

-Desire to deliver high quality outcomes with courtesy and enthusiasm
-Conversational and written English ( as the role would predominantly be over the phone)
-Always professional
-Ability to relate well to all and gain satisfaction from a team effort
-Experience in working with technology and an aptitude in a digital environment

You must have:
-Customer service experience
-Clean MOJ
-Pass a pre employment drug test

The role is a part time position. Hours of work are flexible to either be 3 days or 5 days a week. Remuneration will be based on experience.
