The Company:

Our Client is a large vehicle fleet management company with over 5,000 vehicles under management. They provide businesses with comprehensive fleet management solutions tailored to their stated requirements, while not detracting from the day-to-day management of their company. They are very well established and have been successfully implementing end-to-end fleet management services for their clients for over 24 years.

The Role:

You will work in the Inbound and Outbound Call Centre in a support role and have the following responsibilities throughout the day with the small team:

  • Respond to a range of customer enquiries from multiple delivery channels such as phone and email.
  • Provide clear and accurate advice, and be able to efficiently operate the systems to give the clients the best experience.
  • Process fluctuating volumes of customer inquiries, phone calls and emails.
  • Personally take up to 100 phone calls per day.

    Days & Hours:

    This role is Monday - Friday. 8am-5pm.

    Skills and Attributes:

    • Proven experience within the Customer Service Industry, ideally in a Call Centre.
    • Ability to provide clear and accurate advice and information to customers over the phone.
    • Capacity to remain calm in periods of high work volumes.
    • Ability to navigate multiple software systems.
    • Close attention to detail.
