Job description

Our busy Christmas period is fast approaching and we are looking for Customer Engagement Specialists with great people skills, an excellent phone manner and an all-round positive approach to customer service!

At the heart of our clients business is a great customer service team - not only skilled in the art of delivering great service, they have a passion for what we do. We are looking for someone who "gets" outstanding customer service.
This position handles a variety of incoming customer enquiries.

Day to day you will:

  • Take inbound phone calls from new and existing customers
  • Think like the customer and do the right thing by the customer
  • Provide customers with the right solutions at the right time
  • Retain customers by attending to their needs promptly
  • Proactively seek and identify opportunities for cross sell or upsell products and services
  • Help customers in real time in the way they want to interact with you
  • Be flexible to work rotating rosters across Monday - Sunday 8.30am - 11.00pm

    • Enthusiasm and a can-do attitude
    • Prior customer service experience
    • Ability to deliver results - up for the challenge to achieve and exceed targets
    • Clear communication skills, both verbal and written
    • Great collaboration skills with a desire to get stuck in - proactively get involved and get work done
    • High energy, a genuine drive and desire to deliver an exceptional customer experience

      We have several positions available between October 2018 - March 2019 with the possibility of extension. You will need to be available to work throughout the Christmas and New Year period.
