Job description

We have a great opportunity for individuals who are looking for a career in a Call Centre. This is a temporary role with the ability for long term for the right candidate!

Our client is a well-known organisation that operates in Palmerston North.

What you will need to be successful in this role:

  • Prior experience within a call centre or customer service is an advantage
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong work ethic
  • Previous chat email skills would be an advantage
  • Great communication and phone manner
  • Two recent contactable work references
  • Must be available seven days a week for rostered work

    We require candidates who are available Monday to Friday 8.30am to 11.00pm and Saturday and Sunday 9.00am to 7.00pm.
