I have multiple roles available for experienced Customer Service Representatives who have worked in a fast paced environment. You will ideally have experience in phone and email support roles and can handle the pressure of a busy day on the phone!
You will be expected to:
- Answer customer queries via phone and email
- Enter orders and comments into the system accurately
- Provide job tickets for repairs and installations
- Liaise with technicians/ Service managers to schedule jobs
To be successful in the role, you must have:
- Proven customer service experience in a fast-paced environment (experience in high volume call center desired)
- Background in the manufacturing or building infrastructure industry
- Systems knowledge- ERP/ CRM systems
- Accurate typing skills
- High attention to detail (a definite MUST)
