Job description

    I have multiple roles available for experienced Customer Service Representatives who have worked in a fast paced environment. You will ideally have experience in phone and email support roles and can handle the pressure of a busy day on the phone!

    You will be expected to:

    • Answer customer queries via phone and email
    • Enter orders and comments into the system accurately
    • Provide job tickets for repairs and installations
    • Liaise with technicians/ Service managers to schedule jobs

      To be successful in the role, you must have:

      • Proven customer service experience in a fast-paced environment (experience in high volume call center desired)
      • Background in the manufacturing or building infrastructure industry
      • Systems knowledge- ERP/ CRM systems
      • Accurate typing skills
      • High attention to detail (a definite MUST)
