My client is looking for multiple full-time permanent Customer Service Representatives for their small, Wellington-based contact centre.

The successful candidates will play a vital role within the contact centre. You will be responsible for taking calls from members of the public responding to communication sent to them. You will also where needed perform outbound calls to track down clients to assist with booking them in for appointments.

You will work closely with other stakeholders around the business and assist with background administration tasks when required.

In return you will be part of a fun close-knit team where a competitive salary of $47,500 per annum is on offer. There is no night or weekend work either! Shifts on offer are all Mon-Fri with earliest start being 7.30am and latest finish 5.30pm.

As the successful candidate you will have demonstrated the following skills and experience reflected in your CV:

  • Proven customer service skills (contact centre experience is advantageous but not essential)
  • Excellent, clear communication skills
  • Strong typing/keyboard skills
  • Positive, bubbly personality
  • Keen willingness to learn
  • Responds to change quickly
  • Supportive team player
