We are looking for an exceptional person who can communicate well to customers. In this role the communication is via phone, email and customers coming to the branch. The successful person will be communicating the product supply, service and delivery needs of the customer.
Other aspects to the role are receiving & processing stock, communicating to customers stock issues and general administration.
We require someone who is resilient and has effective communication. Time management and organisational skills is essential too. You must have had previous customer service experience.
Hours of work are Monday to Friday, eight hour day.
