The ability to deliver professional and quality service within the call centre and back office operations team is essential. Efficiency is key to success in this role as this particular company is very customer centric and goes above and beyond to ensure the customer is happy with the service given.

The ideal candidate will:

  • have excellent correspondence and communication skills, both written and oral.
  • be able to think on your feet as this is a fast paced environment.
  • positive attitude with a passion for supporting your team mates.
  • Intermediate computer skills
  • A positive, professional and willing attitude

    You will be required to:

    • Answering high volume inbound calls in a timely manner
    • Assisting customers with queries and providing information to solve problems
    • Trouble shooting
    • Working over a 5 day rotating roster
