We are the largest New Zealand owned Recruitment company and one of the top temp agencies in Wellington. We have exciting Customer service roles within a busy contact centre who pride themselves on their customer service focus.

  • $20 – $22 per hour depending on experience
  • ASAP start till the 30th of June
  • Wellington CBD location

Are you looking for your next Customer service role? Are you experienced in giving customers one on one inbound or outbound customer service? We are looking for a strong customer service professional who genuinely enjoys customer service and is an all-round people person. You must be motivated and have excellent problem-solving skills as well as genuine interest in development, and delivery and promoting a high level of customer service within a call centre environment.

Key Duties

  • Taking inbound calls
  • Assisting customers with queries
  • Data entry – updating information
  • Outbound sales calling to current customers
  • Problem solving and rapport building

To be successful in these roles you must be able to demonstrate the following attributes:

  • Proven customer service skills
  • Excellent ability to problem solve
  • High level of communication skills
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Be able to commit to 11am-8.30pm shifts Tuesday -Saturday
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to relate to a variety of people
  • Flexible and adaptable in challenging environments
