Customer Service Representative- EOI

I am looking for energetic and service orientated Customer Service Representatives from all industries to be part of our talent pool and have the opportunity to work with different clients across Auckland.

Duties:

  • Liaise with customers to provide information about products or services, take or enter orders, cancel accounts, or obtain details of complaints.
  • Ensure that customer's issues are resolved in a timely manner
  • Record customer interactions or transactions, details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken.
  • Resolve customers' service or billing complaints by performing activities such as exchanging merchandise, refunding money, or adjusting bills.
  • Complete contract forms, prepare change of address records, or issue service discontinuance orders, using computers

    Skills & experience:

    • Proven customer service experience
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Confident in dealing with a variety of people
    • Great phone manner
    • ERP/ CRM systems knowledge
