About the role:

We have an amazing opportunity to work with a large dynamic client of ours. This is an excellent opportunity for a Customer Service Representative candidate with strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills. Based in Wiri our client is currently experiencing growth and is looking for (temporary) staff to assist in their business.

We are looking for people with the following skills and experience:

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar phone based role
• Able to navigate through different software systems
• Be well rehearsed with MS Excel spreadsheets
• Ability to work under pressure & meet deadlines
• Data entry and admin
