Based on Apollo Drive (that well-known North Shore Road that is crammed with cafes and eateries) the position is with a well-established New Zealand owned company who are in the medical industry.  They’re growing and expanding because this company prides itself on punching above its weight. Surrounded by a team of experienced and encouraging colleagues, you’ll be engaging with clients (both internal and external), managing the end to end process of order placement and receipt, and taking the lead on the ordering and stock management process with a designated portfolio of overseas suppliers.

Yes, some proven experience within a customer service role or similar is required, along with confident technical skills (particularly with Microsoft excel) – but you don’t need to come armed with 100% of the check list of skills. To stand out here, the most important attributes you need to possess are an appetite to take on board new information, a natural curiosity and willingness to learn, and a genuine interest in building a career by being stretched.
