Job description

Our client specialises in providing high quality Personal Protective Equipment with offices and distribution warehouses in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide, Perth and Auckland.   Great role for an energetic, self-motivated and proactive Customer service Representative/Consultant to join a high performing team.

What does your day look like:

  • Talking with customers by phone and receiving orders for supply of products
  • Processing and entry of customer order
  • Assisting customers by providing product information, availability & pricing of items and quotations
  • Assist sales process – alias with customer and logistics to provide excellent service in delivering goods
  • Provides administrative support of field sales personnel
  • Provides solutions for customers enquiries
  • Be an active team player

What skills & Experience will you bring:

  • First and foremost, you absolutely love customer service and have extensive experience – you have worked in a high-volume customer service environment
  • Experience within the safety products industry would be ideal but not essential – we are looking for someone who understands product offerings and has the ability to absorb information
  • A strong work ethic and a stable work history
  • Excellent communication skills – this is essential as you will be dealing with all manner of customer so it’s vital that you can communicate effectively so that the query is dealt with as quickly as possible.
  • Computer literate – intermediate level
  • Attention to detail.
