Hours

  • Monday - Friday
  • 7am - 4pm
  • Industrial environment

    Duties

    • Processing and managing customer orders
    • Process inbound sales orders/inquiries into QAD system from fax, phone and email.
    • Respond to sales team and customer order inquiries in a quick and efficient manner.
    • Process freight consignment notes, and tracking orders and deliveries for customers
    • Manage export orders, transport, vessels,and documentation
    • Receive and action product returns/credits
    • Assist with 6 monthly warehouse stocktakes, typically conducted on a Saturday

      The ideal candidate should possess:

      • Experience in a warehouse/despatch environment
      • Accurate data entry
      • A team player mindset with excellent communication skills
      • Professional attitude
      • Self-motivated
      • Computer literacy
      • Willingness to resolve customer issues
      • Be able to return a satisfactory police check and pass a pre-employment drug test
