We need a Mandarin speaking, Customer Service superstar!

Are you a self-driven, sales focused, experienced, Mandarin speaking, Customer Service Representative who ensures long-term successful relationships with customers?

As a Customer Service Representative, you will work within a small busy team and manage the sales and order processing, while providing a high level of service to a mix of businesses and consumers. These guys recruit for attitude and train for skill so having that right attitude and drive to succeed you will go places within this business.

Do you tick the following boxes below?

  • Understand and speak Mandarin
  • Excellent Communication and people skills - (top notch, clear and concise)
  • Ability to communicate via phone, email, internet with accuracy and urgency
  • Top organisational skills and a “can do” attitude
  • Able to multi-task and think on your feet
  • Previous sales/customer service experience
  • Great technical skills with the ability to learn new systems and strong knowledge of MS office suite particularly, Word, Excel
  • Ability to maximise opportunities and identify customer needs
  • Team player with a good sense of humour
  •  More importantly “passionate about customer service”
