Calling All Customer Service Professionals!

Info for you:

  • $22-25 per hour, experience dependant 
  • 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday
  • Monday 18th March start – end of June
  • High profile private organisation
  • New Zealand owned organisation with a strong community focus
  • Office environment in a newly established team
  • Wellington CBD location

Key Duties:

  • Taking inbound calls
  • Making outbound calls
  • Assisting customers with queries
  • Data entry of updating information
  • Problem solving and rapport building
  • Use of an internal SAP/CRM system
  • Adhoc administrative tasks as required

The Successful Candidate Will:

  • Have proven customer service experience in a corporate environment and/or;
  • Preferred inbound/outbound call centre experience and/or;
  • Experience working for a service provider.
  • Strong understanding of internal systems and the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Confident in their abilities to liaise with customers and complete administrative tasks
