Job description

You've probably just finished your breakfast, grabbed lunch on the run, or you are just sitting down to dinner with your family. Chances are, one of the foods or products that you are about to eat or have eaten, has been produced by this iconic company.

You will be part of an energetic team of Finance Specialists, responsible for validating and processing high volume claims in a timely manner as well as assisting in process improvements. No two days will be the same - you will enjoy balancing service delivery in a pressurised and visible area with the competing needs of a range of stakeholders.

You will need to enjoy following process and taking instructions to ensure consistent and accurate customer service levels are maintained at all times. Previous experience in a call centre or admin as well as outstanding customer service skills and highly developed communication - both verbal and written - will be the key to your success!

The role is a long term temp role and you will be working from Monday to Friday and the hours will be between 8.30am till 5pm. Location? The heart of Auckland City.

Requirements of the job are as follows:

  • Excellent computer skills with high accuracy rate when performing data entry tasks
  • Organisational and time management essential
  • Team Player 
  • Proven 2 years of customer support experience
  • Strong ability to multi-task, prioritise and manage time effectively
  • Experience working within a team and independently
  • Strong Microsoft Excel and Word skills
  • SAP Experience and Salesforce (CRM) experience desirable
