Job description

Our Mount Maunganui client, a market leader in infrastructure and engineering services is looking for an experienced Customer Service Coordinator who will be the first point of contact for customers, members of the public, and other Power & Gas stakeholders.

Key responsibilities:

  • Dispatching of faults
  • Providing exceptional customer service for customers and providing effective and timely customer solutions
  • Escalation and complaints
  • Process orders, forms and applications
  • Create receipting, purchase orders and invoices for accounts as required
  • Being the liaison for contractors with the operation and dispatch team.
  • Accurate data entry
  • Emails and processing

    Attributes to be successful:

    • Strong customer service experience in a high call volume environment
    • Ability to multi-task and able to react quickly
    • Great phone manner
    • Attention to detail, time management and organisational skills
    • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
    • Outgoing and friendly personality with a solution focused attitude
    • Strong MS Office skills including intermediate Excel
    • Ability to pick up new systems quickly
    • Call centre/dispatch experience is an advantage.
    • Flexibility to cover a 24/7 roster including weekends
