Job description

We are looking for Customer Service Coordinators for a well established company based in Mount Maunganui, these positions are available as soon as possible. These role are 12 hour rotating day and night shift for 3-4 days per week.

Key responsibilities:

  • Providing exceptional customer service for customers
  • Responsible for providing effective and timely customer solutions
  • Manage and resolve customer complaints
  • Accurate data entry
  • Process orders, forms and applications
  • Create receipting, purchase orders and invoices for accounts as required
  • Develop, implement and process training and upskilling
  • Escalation and complaints
  • Emails and processing

    Attributes to be successful:

    • Previous call centre experience
    • Inbound and outbound
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Good command of English
    • Flexible to work shifts 24/7
    • Able to work under pressure
    • Ability to work as part of a team or unsupervised
    • Positive and "can do" attitude
