Customer Service Consultant

Call Centre and Customer Service

Job description

Creating a positive experience for each and every customer – it’s what motivates a career contact centre professional like you and that’s something we have in common.

At Southern Cross, the focus is on building a rapport with our customers and delivering first-class service. That’s what keeps our customers coming back for more.

We also think you’ll like the work-life balance that is on offer here at Southern Cross. Forget shift-work and renew your personal well-being by working ‘normal’ hours, 8.00am to 6.00pm, Monday to Friday -that’s right, NO evenings or weekends!

The package is also pretty attractive – with a competitive salary, recognition programmes, and opportunities for professional development.

This role in our Customer Service Consultant will test your intellect and provide the kind of learning your relish while drawing on your talent for building new customer relationships and retaining existing ones – something that can be challenging in our business, where you will be dealing extremely complex systems and often emotional customers.

So you’ll need to be smart, resourceful, calm under pressure and demonstrate experience in an information-rich environment where mastering multiple systems and processes quickly is critical.

Your can-do attitude, personal integrity and ability to establish a rapport with clients will be complemented by excellent time management, multi-tasking and impeccable communication skills. Committed to self-improvement, you’ll also be an enthusiastic team player who enjoys contributing to a fun, united and professional working culture.

If this sounds like you and you’re ready to join an organisation where your unique talents will be recognised and rewarded, apply online to Angela Yee at Frog Recruitment.
