You've always been passionate about customer service. That's why you found you niche in the contact centre environment. You enjoy building a rapport with customers, the challenge of sourcing information for them and the satisfaction that comes with providing a solution to their queries. It's just a pity the quest for revenue has turned your workplace into a sales centre, rather than a contact one. But it doesn't have to be that way.

The aim is to create a positive experience for each and every customer - whether it's establishing a new customer relationship, retaining existing business or making a referral to another department within the contact centre.  The nature of our business means that our customers can often be emotional, which is why we look for a very special calibre of professional to join the Customer Service team and offer you regular working hours of 8.00am to 6.00pm, Monday to Friday, to ensure you can deliver quality through a work-life balance.
