Job description

Are you a Customer Service superstar with an interest in medical supplies? Read on, we may have the job for you! The role is split into two parts - customer service and sales support.

Your duties will include:

* Processing customer orders received via fax, phone and/or web order
* Inputting customer orders into database
* Processing any adjustments to picking slips as and when required
* Invoicing orders ready for dispatch
* Providing a high level of customer service via phone contact
* Serving customers – shop sales
* Replenishing stock in shop as required
* Updating and/or maintaining customer ordering forms
* Emailing customers (as and when required) with back order reports, stock ordered on back order, invoices, quotes, credits
* Maintaining filing system
* Any other tasks that may be required from time to time

The second part of the role will include:

* Generating quotes for Sales and do follow through until sale is complete * Converting new customers order forms over the ordering system/web order
* Inputting and/or amend favourite lists for web based customers
* Referring new potential customer leads to Territory Managers
* Supporting Sales by ordering samples and promotional material when required
* Maintaining and filing written documentation from existing customers
* Assisting Sales on added value services offered to customers
* Communicating customer feedback to Territory Managers
