Job description

Customer service - In-bound calls and dispatch

  • Receive calls and dispatch personnel while remaining calm
  • Work off more than one screen at a time
  • On a rotating roster - mixture of days/nights

    With your ability to process in-coming calls with confidence combined with our client's brilliant in-house training; you will be setup for success.

    * Willingness to make the most of the training provided to be the best you can be

    * Ideally from a customer service/dispatch background

    About the role:

    * Receiving in-bound customer calls, data entry, dispatching personnel to jobs

    * Providing excellent customer service over the phone

    * Utilising more than one screen at a time

    * 82-hour fortnight on a rotating roster of 12 hour shifts - mixture of day and night shifts

    If you enjoy being the first point of contact for customers and thrive off helping them, then this role could be very well suited. You will have great success if you are calm under pressure, can make decisions on your own and have great computer skills.
