Beyond Recruitment is looking for a Customer Service Rep who will ensure long-term successful relationships with customers.

We want someone with the right kind of attitude and focus for this role - A drive for excellence in customer service is a must.

Our client has an extensive product range and training will be provided so that you can meet and exceed the customers expectations. You will be the champion for the customer by building and developing your own personal relationships with key accounts.

The role involves:

  • Daily processing of customer orders & quotations
  • Answering customer queries over the telephone and via email
  • Communication with suppliers and customers to ensure high service delivery standards are met.

Your experience:

  • Experienced in a customer service, product based environment
  • Previous exposure to CRM or ERP systems, along with strong MS Office skills will be a big advantage
  • The ability to manage your time and be highly organised with work flow and prioritisation methodology.
