Our client has expanded its business to Tauranga and requires a admin assistant to join their small dedicated team

As an Administration Assistant for our client, your focus is on helping people to achieve outcomes with their specific needs. Reporting directly into the Team Leader you will be a natural communicator with a pride and personal interest in what you do.

The team is small, and our industry is forever evolving, so they are not a fan of "not my role" type of behaviour - you are part of a team, who help each other, and their customers are at the heart of what they do.

To succeed in this role, you will have the following -

  • Previous experience in a busy retail or customer service role.
  • Provide a caring and outstanding reception duties to our customers
  • Ability to maintain compassion and remain calm under pressure.
  • A strong customer service that is always looking for the best outcome for the individual.
  • Strong and adaptable communication skills are a must.
  • An active listener with the ability to find solutions to customer concerns and issues.
  • Any previous experience in healthcare and/or MYOB

    You will be keen to learn to new skills and determined to show you are driven to succeed.

    Please note the role will be 4-5 days a week including Saturdays 9am-1pm.

    Pay rate is $24.50 - $25.00per hour
