Job description

  • Fantastic summer temporary job, paying $19.45ph plus holiday pay
  • Start date November 26th 2018 until January 31st 2019
  • Kaiwharawhara location –public transport available to the doorstep

We are seeking a Customer Service Administrator to assist our client through the busy Christmas period. This is the perfect opportunity to secure a job over the summer period.

You will need to be available from the 30th October till the 2nd February 2018, and flexible to cover shifts over the Christmas period, excluding Christmas Day and Boxing Day

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing timely and positive customer service, assisting customers with enquiries both face-to-face and over the phone
  • Cash and EFTPOS handling
  • Accurately processing and scanning stock, ensuring it is labelled correctly
  • Ensuring health and safety procedures are adhered to
  • Cleaning and organising stock room for start of day

To be successful you will need to demonstrate the following skills and attributes:

  • Experience in a fast-paced customer service environment
  • Previous cash handling experience will give you an edge
  • High accuracy and attention to detail
  • Resilience, pro-activeness and reliability
  • Adherence to health and safety policies (full training will be provided)
