The role is about 40% customer service and 60% administration you will be responsible for:- Entering sales orders for all products & services into Navision
- Responding to queries from external & internal customers via phone and email
- Invoicing of repairs and preparing product for dispatch
- Communicating and coordinating with internal teams including sales, production and logistics to ensure a high level of service
- Picking and packing ordersWhat are they looking for?
The company are looking for a Rockstar someone who thinks outside of the box and has the experience to understand how to deal with different situations.- 3 years' experience in a customer service environment

- Can think on their feet
- Is highly confident in the decisions they make
