    The role is about 40% customer service and 60% administration you will be responsible for:
    • Entering sales orders for all products & services into Navision
    • Responding to queries from external & internal customers via phone and email
    • Invoicing of repairs and preparing product for dispatch
    • Communicating and coordinating with internal teams including sales, production and logistics to ensure a high level of service
    • Picking and packing ordersWhat are they looking for?
      The company are looking for a Rockstar someone who thinks outside of the box and has the experience to understand how to deal with different situations.  
      • 3 years' experience in a customer service environment
      • For them it is about your personality, they are looking for someone who:
      • Can think on their feet
      • Is highly confident in the decisions they make
      • Understands how to defuse negative situations
