We are currently recruiting Customer Service superstars to help an overseas client base with technical issues. This role is within a call centre environment, processing inbound calls using a strong customer-centric focus.

The successful candidate will have:

• Experience providing a high standard of customer service
• Experience assisting others with technical issues
• Experience in a fast-paced environment is advantageous
• An excellent customer-centric focus
• A good ability to learn new systems quickly
• Call centre experience is advantageous
