Beyond Recruitment is recruiting for an experienced and professional customer service specialist who has had experience with the retention of customers or engaged in higher level conversations around products, benefits and service.

This role will suit someone who likes being the first point of contact for an organisation and someone who enjoys engaging in higher level conversations, escalations or problem resolution calls.

The Customer Retention Consultant aims to provide an outstanding customer experience through:
- Excellent relationship management and service delivery
- Contributing to a high performing team providing excellence in service delivery.

What do you bring to the role?
- Prior experience within a customer retention focused role
- Outbound Calling experience would be ideal
- Demonstrated experience in a high volume call environment
- Demonstrated customer service delivery experience
