A great opportunity has arisen for an experienced professional who has worked across sales and customer experience (ideally across call centres and across the customer journey) to start urgently in this 2 month contract role!
This role will see you to be the hinge point in the team between the content/marketing team and customer experience staff to equip them to assist consumers in a better suited and more compelling way.
To be considered you will need:
• Experience in analysing sales processes & customer journey mapping;
• Experience producing sales tool kit material for call centre staff;
• Great communication, leadership & guidance skills to assist & provide guidance to key staff;
• Excellent communication & team working skills & ability to work accurately and at pace;
• Degree qualified is preferred;
• Be based here in Auckland now and ready to be interviewed with current full-time rights to work in NZ.
