Job description

Seeking an individual that has a passion for communication, relationship building, organisation and ensuring a project reaches completion with care and attention.

Reputable, long-standing healthcare organisation seeks a driven and enthusiastic Customer Care Consultant to assist with scheduling our clients and our team members efficiently.

Preferable to have a some background in scheduling or rostering.

This role comes with a broad working shift pattern, from as early as 6am and up to 9pm, Monday to Sunday. 

Exceptional customer service skills a definite must - organisational and administrative skills need to be excellent.

This can be a high-pressured role and the ideal candidate will have resilience and be quick to think on their feet.

A background in the health care preferable and some knowledge of Age and Community Care.

Proven relationship building and liaisons highly desirable – clear communication (written and verbal), in a polite, professional and efficient manner. 

Full-time permanent position in a busy call centre, South East of the CBD.

Onsite parking.
