We are looking for a Sales and Customer Service person to join the team on a full time permanent basis at Rosenfeld Kidson's beautiful premises in Mount Wellington.

Reporting into the Customer & Sales Support Manager you will form part of a busy sales office. Ideally you will come from a construction supplies background or a similar industry.

A typical day could involve you capturing sales leads, providing support to the reps on the road, taking incoming sales queries, assisting with over the counter queries, quoting jobs and providing technical advice to valued customers and the team.

Duties will include but aren't limited to;

* Provide an exceptional level of customer service to walk-in customers and via email and over the phone
* Provide requested product info, availability, pricing, samples and lead times with a sense of urgency and accuracy
* Key in sales orders and quotations on behalf of the account managers
* Process credit orders
* Provide lead times on orders
* Work in a safe manner at all times
